Inserting an image into the template using Photoshop.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are using CS4 and can only view one image on your screen at a time, you'll need to adjust the "Arrange Documents" function. The "Arrange Documents" function is located directly below the "Layer" button at the top of the screen. You'll need to select a screen that shows the number of images you wish to view on your screen at one time.
How do I insert images into the templates using Photoshop Elements?

How can I ensure my templates print correctly with my photo lab?
All labs have different sizing guides for different items. Although we do our best to accommodate most labs, in order to get the best results it is best for you to drag and drop your final template onto your specific labs sizing guide files before printing.
What if my coupon code doesn't work?
If you are using a coupon code, be sure to click on the "CLICK TO APPLY" button to activate the code. If you have clicked on the "click to apply" button and the code still isn't working please let us know! The coupon code is case sensitive and only one coupon code may be applied per order. Coupon codes cannot be combined.
I paid for my order but I can't access the download links.
Look in your PayPal account and see if you submitted an e-check instead of an instant payment. E-check payments typically take 3-5 businesses days to clear, at which time the downloadable links will become available.
I clicked on the download link. Now how do I access the files?
The files have been zipped due to file size. Save the file to your desktop and use an unzip program such as WinZip to unzip the folder to the location of your choice.
Font downloads?
No fonts will be included with any designs purchased from Jamie Schultz Designs. A list of fonts with links to where you can find the fonts used is provided in the file. To download the fonts, click on the link provided and save to a folder on your desktop. Drag and drop the downloaded font into your fonts folder. (If you are using a PC, left click on the start button and browse to your control panel, then to the fonts folder.) Jamie does her best to use fonts that are free or standard at the point of creating the templates, however some fonts are often licensed once they reach a certain number of downloads. Jamie does not guarantee the fonts will always be free.
How do I access the products I purchased?
Once you have placed your order downloadable links are available in your account. To retrieve the links login to your account and view your order history. If the links are not available in your account you may have paid via e-check through PayPal. E-checks can take 3-5 business days to clear. Once the payment clears the links will show up in your account.
What computer program do I need to use the templates?
The templates are created as .psd files so you will need Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements to use the templates.
Do I send the template to Jamie Schultz Designs to print?
No, Jamie Schultz Designs only sells digital templates designed for use by professional photographers. Physical product(s) will not be printed or mailed to you.
What if I find a typo or grammatical errors?
Jamie does her best to check for typos and grammatical errors, but it is your responsibility to proof the final product before printing.

Can I use your templates to create cards to sell in an on-line store?
NO! Templates sold by Jamie Schultz Designs are available to professional photographers who may re-sell the finished products to individual clients only. The templates may NOT be sold on any on-line card store under any circumstances (including, but not limited to Etsy, Ebay, or general on-line card stores).
I purchased the templates, but they weren't what I wanted?
Due to the digital nature of the templates no refunds will be allowed once the templates are downloaded.
Can I remove design elements from your templates to create my own designs?
You may use any elements as you wish so long as the final design is not offered for sale as a template or commercial product.
Who owns the copyright on the designs once I purchase the templates.
All copyright remains with Jamie Schultz Designs after the point of sale.
Can the bulk discount be applied during a store wide sale?
Bulk discounts do not apply during store wide sales. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined.
